Introduction:
Communication and Presentation Skills build strategic relationships, teams, openness and enhance ability to present ideas and plans more effectively. Communication skill is an essential part of standard tool set of every employee. Similarly the ability to convey facts and information in a clear, concise and engaging manner is a crucial part of delivering an effective presentation, an important part of communication. During his 28-year multifunctional work experience, Pervaiz has been involved in human resource development, policy formulation, facility planning, quality management, general administration and business development as a trainer as well as a manager of diverse teams.
At Pakistan Air Force, Pervaiz has worked in the capacity of Combat Controller, Chief Instructor Combat and ACE Controller, where he was not only involved with Strategy development, but also groomed and developed various teams. While associated with a leading cellular company, Mr. Bashir headed the Quality Assurance & Training function for the Customer Services Department, where he trained, developed and launched 22 trainers within a short span of a year. Pervaiz Bashir specialises in designing and facilitating programmes in the areas of personal and organisational development with an impressive record of helping more than 10,000 executives becoming better communicators, motivators and managers.
