Introduction:
This course focuses on advanced CAD features which include fundamentals of three-dimensional modeling for design. Topics covered will include overview of modeling, graphic manipulation, part structuring, coordinate systems and developing strategy of model geometry. In addition more in-depth knowledge of CAD will be used to enhance speed and accuracy, as well as a better understanding of various drafting disciplines. Topics include advanced features and productivity-enhancing techniques. Students will also be introduced to three-dimensional drawing.
