Construction & Supply of Building (Light Gauge System) - SDC (Bagh-AKJ) by TUSDEC

TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company) has been established by Ministry of Industries and Production to upgrade technology and skill of strategic industrial clusters.

TUSDEC has established four SDCs (Skill Development Centres) in NWFP (Batagram & Mansehra). The centres are serving as Skill Development Centres in the fields of Construction, Hospitality & Tourism to expedite reconstruction and rehabilitation of earthquake affected areas.

TUSDEC now wishes to engage reputed and experienced firms/companies as Contractors for its SDC project in AJK.

Firms/companies may apply either for civil work or LGS or both. Sealed bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and must be accompanied with a bid security amounting to 2% of the bid price (the price quoted by the bidder) in the shape of a Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee in the name of TUSDEC-SDC and shall be delivered along with the bid in sealed envelope on or before 16:00 hours on mentioned date at the above mentioned address of our consultant.

Bids will be opened at 16:30 hours on the due date at the same location mentioned above in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend.

TUSDEC reserves the right to accept/reject any bid without assigning any reason.
