Kehkashan Awan is an Industry Consultant in Sales, Marketing and HR. Her portfolio draws upon diverse and extensive work experience in business management, including an extended career of 15 years (1994 – 2008) with ICI Pakistan in senior management commercial roles. Her work portfolio covers Pakistan, Bangladesh and South East Asian Countries. She was also the first woman to lead a sales function at ICI Pakistan and in 2006 she was seconded to the ICI Paints Asia as the Regional Sales Capability Manager, Asia. Her extensive experience in Business Training and Development comprises over 10,000 person-hours of training. Before joining ICI Pakistan, Kehkashan was affiliated with the Advertising and Communications industries as Creative Manager, and as Editor magazine, The NEWS.
