Supply/Installation of Office Furniture/Fixture by TUSDEC

TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company) has been established by Ministry of Industries and Production to upgrade technology and skill of key and strategic industrial clusters.

TUSDEC has established NIDA (National Institute of Design and Analysis), a cluster of five state-of-the-art CAD/CAM Centres located in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta and Sialkot.
NIDA turns 'Concepts into Reality' by teaching design using contemporary software tools to help Pakistan industrial sector overcome the dearth of 'digitally empowered' manpower.

NIDA invites sealed bids from reputable firms/contractors/importers/manufacturers for the supply of office furniture/fixture and computer tables for its Head Office Lahore.

Supply/Installation of Office Furniture/Fixture

1. Computer trolleys, Office tables with glass top, Conference chairs, Computer chairs, Wooden partition and Rostrum, etc.

Bidders are invited to bid for the supply & installation of the above tender items, clearly marking their envelope with the 'tender name'. Tender documents (Drawings & BOQ) may be obtained through an application on company letterhead. They are required to submit the following documents along with their bid:

Name of firm, address, phone, fax, email address & contact person(s)

Statement that the firm/company is not black listed or debarred from undertaking government projects

Please quote unit price of each item together with delivery schedule

Guarantee & warrantee must be clearly mentioned

Bidders must attach copies of their NTN and GST certificates with the tender

Bidders shall be required to quote their prices inclusive of all taxes

Validity period of tender should be up to 120 days from tender opening date

Proof of financial stability

List of clients and details of services provided

Interested companies are requested to submit their bids at the following address on or before 27th May 2009 by 14:30 hours. Bids will be opened at 1500 hours on due date in the presence of bidders and their representatives.
NIDA reserves the right to accept/reject any without giving any reasons.
