| Medeeha J. Khan is a Senior HR Consultant and Business Manager for HRS Global. She is the Director of Learning for HR Academy™, the training arm of HRS Global. Ms Khan started her career in marketing & consumer banking with a leading bank and thereafter moved on to become the Corporate Head of Human Resource Development for various leading hotels. Ms. Khan also outsourced (organized, designed & conducted) customized management & leadership development programs to major private and public sector organisations. Subsequently, she joined an international buying house and garments company as the Human Resource Manager for Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Ms. Khan has acted as a key change agent, developing & implementing HR effectiveness. In her decade-long experience with corporate sector as a HR practitioner, she has participated in various national & international HR development events. She has organised various seminars and been a faculty member at many leading educational establishments. She has been a Presenter and Moderator for HR Seminars.
Ms Khan's core areas of practice are facilitating and managing change processes in organizations, partnering with change champions, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and processes, developing programs for recruitment and development of talent, employee engagement and career management. She has done her HR specialization from Cornell University NY, USA and is a Certified HR Professional.
