Introduction:
A ‘brand’ defines total customer relationship and experience while being the key source of differentiation in guiding a customer’s choice. It is the focal point to help an organization deliver unique value to its customers. Building a brand is a deliberate step-by-step process after a conscious strategic management decision. Brand equity is built when it consistently delivers value through all business processes and customer contacts.

This workshop will focus on both, the theoretical aspects of branding as well as its application to marketing strategies and decision making in organizations. Participants will be able to establish a sound foundation in consumer-brand behaviour. They will also get familiar with the strategies and tactics involved in creating, developing, measuring, and sustaining strong brands.
