Introduction:
This course is designed for design engineers, manufacturers and quality engineers who want to enhance their understanding with modern system of tolerancing. GD&T provides designers with a means of expressing permissible variations in a very precise manner and development of interchangeable assemblies. This course covers geometric and positional tolerancing, use of theoretical exact surfaces, selected portions of a surface, and precise interpretations of linear and angular tolerances. This course will cover techniques according to ASME 14.5 M Standard.
Course coverage:
Introduction and Importance of GD&T
